1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cab with Goga Xpress — via phone, WhatsApp, or our website — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Terms

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from Goga Xpress with driver details
• Pickup time is approximate and may vary by up to 15 minutes due to traffic conditions
• For airport pickups, driver arrival is based on your communicated flight schedule
• Goga Xpress reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher capacity if the booked vehicle is unavailable

3. Fares & Payments

• All fares are quoted per kilometre and include driver allowance and estimated toll charges
• Actual toll receipts will be shared — any toll variation from estimate will be adjusted
• Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes of the agreed pickup time at the rate of ₹150/hour
• Extra kilometres beyond a local package are charged at the per-km rate communicated at booking
• Payment can be made by cash, UPI, or bank transfer
• GST invoices are provided on request for all bookings

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully free
• Partial charge: Cancellations within 6–24 hours of pickup may incur a 25% cancellation fee
• No refund: Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup or no-shows are charged at 50% of the agreed fare
• Cancellations due to vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability by Goga Xpress attract a full refund

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Goga Xpress vehicles
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip
• Goga Xpress reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or abusive towards drivers

6. Limitation of Liability

Goga Xpress shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle, though we will make every effort to recover and return them.

7. Changes to Terms

Goga Xpress reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
